The hotel was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Customer care a+. Fantastic pool. Marvelous design and ambience, delicious food. Best we had ever had in Sicily and we go to Sicily every year. Perfect for visiting Aeolian islands.
Info about things to do might not be available however asking the receptionist, they will provide you with all the info you need in the most friendly manner so it isn't a complaint in itself

The peace and quietness, they have plenty of room in the garden. Horse stables right on spot - easy to have horse riding with instructor - they prepare everything for You. Delicious dinner - worth of trying! A very childfriendly place - special attributes for children in the garden. Really only positive memories of this place!

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful setting. Views of the Islands including Mt Stromboli. Excellent restaurant. Large comfortable room and modern bath.
Quite a distance from town.

we all liked the panoramic view of the volcanic islands and the perfect surroundings and peacefulness.
it is not the stay actually but the poor signage getting there. It is quite difficult to find as they do not have a specific address.

Great hotel facilities and amazing location worth to travel up the hill for the breathtaking views. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable.
Nothing it is perfect.

The staff at the hotel stopped at nothing to help us, even if we had to mime a few times to make ourselves understood. In my opinion it is always the people who make a place. 11 out of 10 for the staff.
Unless you are game to hire a car and drive the narrow streets of the town below (I was not) then location was a bit difficult.

The hotel location is remote, providing stunning views of the ocean and the town. the infinity pool is a highlight with ample sun loungers on the grass patch. the restaurant is affordable and serves creative locally grown dishes.
The breakfast offering is imbalanced at times.

The setting high on the hill gives the hotel stunning views down to the sea - this is wonderfully integrated into the outdoor spaces around the hotel; the infinity pool, the pool bar & lunch area and the a la carte eating area in the evening are all in prime positions. This coupled with the extremely helpful hotel staff, in particular the hotel director and his reception staff, made our stay very special indeed. Due to the young ages of our children we did not use all the activities that the hotel has on offer - the spa & fitness centre plus the stunning equestrian centre (both onsite) - however we will return in the future and will try everything. We did in fact return for another night at this hotel at the end of our holiday.

Amazing view from the pool and terrace, delicious traditional food served at dinner. the hotel is located on a hill, offering a great perspective of the surroundings, and close to horseback riding, football, and tennis courts.
The room could use some more attention to detail in terms of decoration. Easter at this hotel was an amazing experience.

The staff, particularly at the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful. The pool area and the outdoor dining area are lovely. The food is fine and there is a nice selection of inexpensive sicilian wines. All in all a very enjoyable place to stay.
The nearest town of Villa Franca has nothing to offer so it is essential to hire a car if staying for any length of time.

Il Parco Degli Ulivi is situated in the countryside east of Messina, and is therefore not only perfect for City Trips to Messina, but is also an ideal starting point for trips to the Aeolian Islands that start nearby, from Milazzo. The service was absolutely flawless and the rich breakfast paved the way for a perfect day.
Make sure to plan your trip well if you travel by public transport.
